We schedule regular site appointments to make sure everything is going according to the plan and troubleshooting any unexpected circumstances that renovations are famous for, and respond to contractors' and trades' queries as required.

・ Procurement and Tracking Orders

We are providing assistance through the quoting and purchasing process. We liaise with trades and consultants, review shop drawings, and respond to queries as required. We make sure all the orders are placed and arrive on site in time.

Design Process

Introductory Meeting 30-minute Video Call

 

During our Introductory Meeting we will get to know you/your project, details and specifics of your project. Discuss your vision and hopes for the space, budget, time-frame and other organisational moments. After which you will receive a fixed fee Design Proposal outlining project scope with breakdown of all details, phases and timetable.

Project Briefing

 

During Project Briefing meeting we will sign design contract, get the sense of space either through the walkthrough or via architectural floor plans, discuss in detail design-questionnaire to make sure to address all items on your wish-list, your style, improve the flow of the space and achieve the outcome that will perfectly accommodate your lifestyle goals.

Concept Design

 

You will be presented with overall interior design concept for your space, which will include preliminary layout options, concept board with initial ideas to make sure we're on the same page about the design direction, feel and look you're after.

Design Development

 

We refine layouts into the final one and develop it in 3D. You will receive a 3D video walkthrough to feel the space in dimensions. Here, we focus on details - everything is tailored to your exact needs - furniture pieces, appliances, lighting, power points, custom furniture, storage detailing down to pots and cutlery.

Material Selection

 

Materials take a crutial part in determining not only the look of a space but how we will feel in it as well. While there's a great abundance of alternatives in different materials on the market it might be tricky to land on a right choice for your lifestyle and space. In this phase of the project you will be presented with different options for your flooring, walls, cabinets, benchtops, splashback etc. Knowing pros and cons of each material and seeing physical samples will help you to make an informed decision that you will enjoy for years to come.

Design Documentation

 

Once the 3D model have been approved I prepare a full set of design documentation required for construction. It will include floor plans, elevations, lighting plans, joinery design and FF&E Schedules with all details about materials, furniture, lighting fixtures and appliances used in the project. With all that you're fully ready to start the build.

Procurement and Tracking Orders

 

Ordering, tracking and coordinating deliveries with trades. As an addition to any of our services we are providing assistance through the quoting and purchasing process. We liaise with trades and consultants, review shop drawings, and respond to queries as required. We make sure all the orders are placed and arrive on site in time.

Design Implementation

 

We are providing the necessary assistance to your project through the construction stage. We schedule regular site appointments to make sure everything is going according to the plan and troubleshooting any unexpected circumstances that renovations are famous for, and respond to contractors' and trades' queries keep you informed on progress each step of the way.

Installation Day

 

We schedule a day (or days) to have all the furniture and accessories delivered and install all styling elements to complete your final design..
